JUDE MCCORMACK
coach
I have been delivering impactful training solutions to businesses all over the world for nearly 30 years.
My specialist areas of interest are helping people at all levels of business harness their emotional intelligence to successfully achieve their desired outcomes. I have a deep understanding for how humans learn and change. I’m always drawing on an inner wealth of theoretical understanding and practical application whether I’m working with psychotherapy, coaching, or training clients.
My first degree was in BA [Hons] in Fashion which led to a ‘proper’ job as a buyer with the UK retailer Marks and Spencer Plc. After leaving Marks and Spencer I set up my own business primarily delivery training in customer service. Since then, I have designed and delivered training worldwide for, amongst others, Eurostar International, American Airlines, Marks & Spencer Plc, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey [LVMH Group], Sony Music Entertainment, Essence, Innocent Drinks, and The National Gallery. I have an MA in Applied Coaching and am currently working with senior, executive, and C-Suite coaching clients in Europe, Asia, and North America.
I attended my first training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming [NLP] in 1993. Along with DDS, in 2008 I qualified as a Trainer of NLP with the International NLP Trainers Association and I’m also accredited by the UK’s Association of NLP. Since 2008 I have certified hundreds of Practitioners and Master Practitioners of NLP.
In December 2013 I qualified as a Psychotherapist becoming accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy [UKCP] two years later. I have a private practice in the UK where I see clients for 1:1 therapy.
I’m proud to have been born in Liverpool. Go Liverpool FC! My two sons are grateful that they can legitimately follow such a great football team. Today, I live in the beautiful city of Sheffield where I can be found walking miles with my 10-year-old beagle - called Harry - or teaching my youngest son to drive. I am at my happiest with family, close friends, and my knitting.
