Meet the Team

It’s incredible, really, the magic that can happen when someone gets out of their own way.

Through my experience both as a coach and as a client, I have seen that coaching can be a transformative way for a person to become better versions of themselves. My focus in any coaching relationship is to listen, without bias or intent, and to act as a mirror for my clients, helping them see and hear themselves more clearly.

I have partnered with coaching clients from around the world and across all organizational levels, from newly promoted managers and leaders to C-Suite executives. With each coaching relationship, I strive to help my clients achieve their individual goals, whether that be to improve performance, shift a behavior, or empower them to exceed their own expectations of themselves.

My love for coaching and human development all comes back to serving others. I have a background in hospitality from my undergraduate degree at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration. Upon graduation, I began a career at a global advertising agency called Essence, where I was tapped to be a founding member of the agency’s new Learning and Development team. During my 9 years at Essence, I became the Senior Director for Learning & Culture, leading all employee development and wellbeing initiatives impacting over 1,000 employees across our North American offices. I am a certified practitioner for MBTI Step I, and in 2016, I became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

In 2019, I leapt out of my comfort zone, and pursued higher education in hospitality. I moved across the country from New York to California and earned my Master's Degree in Wine Management from the Culinary Institute of America in 2020, as well as my WSET 3 Award in Wines and Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 certification. Now, my day job is to lead the Visitor’s Center team at Domaine Carneros winery in Napa Valley!

I currently live in Napa, CA full-time with my husband, Mike, and our sweet Golden Retriever named Winnie. When I’m not out enjoying the incredible food, wine, or sunsets of Wine Country, I love to read, travel, and cook meals for family and friends.
